Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the total service fee to the card on file. Failure to notify us of your absence, resulting in a no-show, will incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Booking Appointments
To ensure you receive the full duration of your scheduled session, please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your appointment time. For your convenience and to secure your booking, our online system requires a credit card on file to confirm your acceptance of our cancellation policy. Please note that your card will only be charged in the event of a policy violation. We understand that plans change, so you may reschedule your appointment at no cost, provided the change is made at least 24 hours in advance. To assist with your planning, an automated reminder will be sent 48 hours before your visit, ensuring you have ample time to make any necessary adjustments to your schedule.
